PMT have been fine for me historically, I've bought 3 guitars from the Brum store over the years. I think their online presence has lagged behind some competitors as they've focussed on their actual stores more.

To get a better deal, you need to be given a deal in the first place...
There’s an argument to say that we got it early for rich pickings, it was released to their VIPs, the tFB, then everyone else.
There’s also an argument to say they played us like a fiddle.
It only works on some items, not everything. Tried it and spoke to customer service
Yeah, just learned that "Product Exclusions Apply" is pretty broad. It looks like that if the item doesn't have a '10% off' banner across it in the search/browse then it probably won't work. :(

Their website is absolutely shit. It's quicker for me to drive down there than to search online.
They did have an Inoran Jazzmaster in stock though, with the reduction. It's gone now!

I dont mind PMT. I’ve said before though, they dont often hold multiples of one item in any given store (there are some exceptions, such as the blackstar 10 series one which I bought a year ago), however most items will be whats on display/demo.. if that matters to you.
2 of my guitars have come from their Romford branch, the 2 most expensive I own actually, a Gibson Les Paul Junior (which they actually did have another brand new one in but I chose the display model), and a Fender American pro tele which luckily came straight off the truck into my hands so it was unmolested!
Both of those have been great, and they are the closest store to home.
I do like Peach though, checking and setting up each guitar for you and still getting it next day.
