Ayrshire Guitar Repair

Another shout for Scott at Ayrshire Guitar Repairs.
Just got back my '75 LP Pro Deluxe which I've owned since 1989. The previous owner had swapped out the original P90s, probably around the late '70s, and a witness line had slowly appeared over the years where the installation had been poorly done . He repaired the area below the strings with paint/lacquer and nitro finish and buffed up the front of the guitar whilst still leaving a slight aged look to it. It was also an opportunity to find out what pickups had been installed all those years ago. The neck is an early Dimarzio and the bridge a similarly early Seymour Duncan JB. I'm now in two minds about selling the guitar as it looks stunning.

He's just done some repairs and a full setup to mine, and it's come back better than new.
