Customer Service - Rift Amps
Massive thanks to Chris from Rift, managed to solve an issue on my PR18, taking time on a Sunday morning no less to answer my query and give me a few ideas of how I could identify and address the issue at home.
Really makes amp ownership more of a joy when customer service is so attentive and immediate.
Oh, and on top of that, it’s the best sounding Princeton I’ve ever played!
