Massive thanks to Chris from Rift, managed to solve an issue on my PR18, taking time on a Sunday morning no less to answer my query and give me a few ideas of how I could identify and address the issue at home. 

Really makes amp ownership more of a joy when customer service is so attentive and immediate.

Oh, and on top of that, it’s the best sounding Princeton I’ve ever played!

I’ll second that. Chris is fabulous to deal with and the amps are absolutely second to none. 
Ill third it! I bought a 68 plexi clone(ish) from this forum and Chris very kindly sent me on a badge for it after me asking. Top man and top amps =) Thanks again!
