Why is this thing popping up at the bottom of every page, all the time ?

To annoy people that dont use the Patreon support option and make them out themselves in public?
It's part of the required consent management system - something required by GDPR, but that particular popup is Google's because they now mandate that we use their CMP.
It should only appear when you scroll to the very bottom of the page.
