I'll break the ice: seems to be a sequence of mixolydian modulations (I lost count of how many).

If I were to call this on a gig I’d say F# (or Gb) and providing everyone was on the same page and had good ears, that would be enough. Perhaps say it’s all Dominant, maybe for a bit of clarification.
For me, anything Dominant based just gets called where home is, or even as simplistic as what the first chord might be. A 12 bar blues is all Dominant chords, but we don’t stress about what key a blues is in. Ditto something like The Chicken, which is also all moving Dominant chords. It could cause a few problems if someone were to call that in anything other than Bb, just because it starts on Bb7 and moves around a little bit.
Yep. It’s in F# with a flat 7 - ie F# mixolydian - and it modulates to other keys such as G# and A. Always mixolydian.
I prefer to say Mixolydian than Dominant, because the functionality of dominant is never deployed. But that’s just me.
I say never, I haven’t listened all the way through.

What I said last night:
Verses in the first half are in F#/Gb, and the “hip replacement” chorus is clearly in A. Then halfway it moves again and from 2:45 to the end it’s in F. To my ears these are all major but with a flat 7th, because without that it wouldn’t have that soul vibe
Side note: I bloody love these guys. 8 people, all phenomenal at their craft and one of the best live acts I've seen in years

During the recording of the song 'Tit Willow' sung by Sam (The American Eagle), Rolf the pianist refers to a change of chords into a new key as the 'modulation', which is where I learned about it.
