Guitarist required for ambitious Glam covers project

If you're thinking about this, I can tell you that Graeme is a superb musician and generally fabulous chap. He's very probably great to work with too but I don't know about that bit, I've only ever drunk his coffee and noodled on his guitars.
That sounds great fun.
Definitely needs the flares and boots though!

We'll definitely dress for the stage but personally I loathe flares, and I think the world has enough tubby blokes in tinsel wigs!fretmeister said:That sounds great fun.

This sound like an awesome project and I wish you all the best with it. Unfortunately too far away from me to consider applying. Hope the project comes into fruition for you!
Thanks, auditioning a couple of candidates in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime I'm enjoying playing this - it's even sparklier in real life!ElevensLouder said:This sound like an awesome project and I wish you all the best with it. Auditions and rehearsals will be held in Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire or thereabouts in mid/late October, and the band will be looking to perform nationally, so having reliable transport is essential.
If you are put off by the idea of flares and silly wigs, rest assured that is not the way we are going! However, we want you to engage with the audience and bring some of your own personality to the show.
I will be playing bass in the band and will be looking after musical direction and technical matters. Drop me a PM to get the ball rolling.
