Q About Torpedo Captor X

My question is:

As the Captor X has a load box and cab IR’s, does that mean I can connect my amp through Torpedo Captor X to a pair of active monitors to practice without going through an interface/DAW etc?

I just want to be able to practice at home using my amp, through a pair of monitors with out the hassle of booting up a computer etc.

G -> Amp -> Tone Captor X -> XLR Output to L & R Monitors.

Do-able?

Thanks.

Absolutely, but I think there is a setting to change in the software to get a stereo signal, otherwise you get a DI on one side and the IR on the other, or you can split the single output to both speakers, or you can use headphone out.
The remote is a free app, but will not work unless a Torpedo x is detected.
You don't need to have a cab connected, but check the manual for full details.
Hi @AxeWieldingBastard

Amy from Two notes here! @andy_k is right on the money - just make sure the unit is set to Stereo operation which can be done in Torpedo Remote - this is set as standard.
