Tonex and Amplitube Max
Currently looking at options for late night practice and quiet noodling on my laptop.
There is a 99 euro price on Amplitude 5 Max v2 at the moment which is very tempting.
Question for fellows on here. If I get Amplitube Max this will integrate with Tonex. What I’d like is to be able to purchase a Tonex capture and use this as an amp in Amplitude with all the associated effects.
Will this work?

I am pretty sure that's how it works yes, but I think you need to own both Amplitube and Tonex. I'm not sure whether buying one gets you both at this point. Browse from your Tonex library for the Amp block in Amplitube
Cheers. I’ve got Tonex CS at the moment and looking to use that as a means just to “port” a paid for capture into Amplitube. Will give it a go with the latest update.thecolourbox said:I am pretty sure that's how it works yes, but I think you need to own both Amplitube and Tonex. Have you tried it with the free version of Amplitube?
Only asking, as I am not sure what the CS, or SE versions of the software have stripped out, I got the Tonex pedal for £250, which seemed a no brainer when it included both Amplitube and Tonex full versions ( £99 each ).
This led me to get the Tonex One, for £150, which came with stripped down versions of both software ( not needed at this point ).
Tonex One is a much easier platform for quick, quiet sessions, as I have detailed in my other thread.
