A new batch of Deface MKii are now available. Got a little making of montage here.
First the enclosures are all masking taped and marked for drill holes. They're then centre punched for accurate drilling.
The enclosures are then drilled, first with a 2mm drill bit, and then stepped drilled to size.
The PCBs are populated with components, transistors are bc549 npn silicon.
All the hardware and boards are installed and wired.
After testing and biasing, the knobs are fitted and both faceplates are glued on, then left to cure for 24 hours.
