PSA Sennheiser E935

Sennheiser have made the sE935 mic of the month currently available at £125 as opposed to north of £150 normally. Well worth binning your old SM58 and upgrading if you have the spare pennies

My favourite live mic.      I still carry sm and beta 58's in case a band prefers them but the 935 is a vast improvement - less feedback, more clarity and detailed sound.     Twice this year a band has asked me the model number after hearing them on stage.    I have 8 but might grab a couple more at that price.
Thanks for the heads up.

Same as my mic box, also a few Lewitts which are great but never appear on a rider!

Yes Lewitt are great, on the strength of a simple large diaphragm mic of theirs, I  also bought the MTP W950 hand held studio or onstage mic. It’s spendy but boy does it deliver. It really is crystal clear, breathy and punchy in the same mic. Unscrew the capsule and screw it on your favourite wireless system and there ya go.
