What's the industry standard wireless system for a singer ?

There's a ton of posts about IEMs but not much about actual wireless systems for vocalists.

What do people recommend and at what price should you start if you want something decent ?

At the very least, Sennheiser G4 (or used G3). There's also a wide range of capsules available from different manufacturers if you prefer the sound of a different mic. I've got SE V7 heads on all my Sennheiser wireless, as well as the stock Sennheiser 835 heads they came with. 

Money no object, Shure Axient. 

Cheap wireless is false economy, too many issues and isn't worth mucking about with (in my opinion)

Shure slxd or sennheiser ewd depending which mic heads are preferred.
