Scale suggestions

What melodies do you want to play?
It's pretty much going to be an improv, just need something that fits roughly and bend my way out of trouble.
First solo progression sounds more like: | D A# | Bm C | G | D |
But there's also dissonance coming from this rhythm part (line cliche?):
x-x-7-7-7-x
x-x-8-7-7-x
x-x-9-7-7-x
x-x-10-7-7x
(then resolve to the G and D)
As you say, the second solo progression starts out as: | D A# | G A# |
Then it moves on to something like: | D A# | G/B C |
So, again, you've got that ascending line A* A# B C
* if you throw a fifth in the bass of the A chord
However, you look at it, general craziness with a D blues scale is what's on the record B)

D blues scale it is then.
The song I'll be singing and playing is Isolation Jeff Beck/Jonny Depp version.
There are two solos.
One over the Chord progression Bm D/C G D/A so in the key of D that would be a vi I IV I progression, with a Mixolydian feel given the C. So my thoughts on this is Mixolydian with Major pentatonic thrown in for good measure.
The second solo is over
D A# G A# D
Which then goes to Gm C D A# then cycles around Bm C D A
Plan to go a bit nuts on the second solo, but my real time thinking is a bit crap so what would be best scale for the second solo?
