Hey, if you're on Facebook there's a group called "Eko Vintage Guitars" where people are really highly dedicated and knowledgeable. Most are italians, but shipping from Italy would still be cheaper than the US like that ebay link, and they may know someone in the UK (there was apparently a guy who had a VAST stock of old ekos and parts and sold them here - he passed away but maybe they know someone else).

How good are you with tools and do you have a good selection and a workbench with a vice?
I'm looking at the photos of the 3-D printed parts and the drawings on the eBay listing and wondering whether a new pair of mounts could be fashioned from chunks of hard but not brittle plastic. Looking around my house I immediately see the handles of kitchen knives as being the potential source of a suitable material. Offcuts of really dense ebony would also be strong enough for the job, and you could lubricate any friction points or insert thin nylon washers.
Using a junior hacksaw, files and abrasive paper, you could get the outside shape to a good approximation.
For the holes, suitable diameter brad point drill bits and a countersink bit could be used.
If I was in the same position and I couldn't source the part I would be inclined to have a go at making them from scratch.
