True fuzzes are hit and miss and IMO unless you need a dirty amp and certain single coils to get it to work. Much prefer this:

Pedal Parts are great, I'd recommend the Bazz Fuss as its super simple to solder, and sounds really great, although you should check out demos to see if you like that flavour of fuzz...
