What's this gesture called? Chest rub

I think the two finger salute is also disappearing. I used to get it 4 to 5 times a day. Nowadays I'm lucky if I get it just twice a day.

Apparently not. I did it in a team meeting once and no one of the 20 people in there got what i meant.
