Why am I buzzing?

I presume the A/B/Y doesn't have an isolated second output?
You could modify a cable to remove the ground connection from the plug at one end (mark the cable so you don't mistake it for a normal cable in future) and use that to replace one of the connections between A/B/Y and looper.
No guarantees but it may sort out any ground loop issues.
Is this setup to allow you to have separate looped parts out of two amps?
Hey, thanks!
Yeah. Bunch of pedals. Splitter box, looper, amps. Guitar amp and bass amp. Using a Bass VI. I swore I had it working a few months ago, but I revisited it there this week and I’m getting that buzz.
So it’s probably a ground issue yeah. That makes a certain amount of sense.
Is the buzz 50Hz hum, or something else?
Just a thought, but I had a very weird issue years ago using my JamMan SoloXT looper in stereo - that turned out to be down to a specific jack plug, so have you tried changing cables? (specifically, with a different brand of plug)
I posted about my issue here ...

The chain is a/b/y box > stereo looper > stereo
out to 2 amps.
No buzz when going a/b/y box to amps, or direct into looper and out to amps. When put them together, buzz in both amps.
