Fairfield Accountant is *brilliant* with Rics, as it also adds a shade of bite too. Absolutely perfect for them.
Cheating somewhat. I have a RIC 230. I like to record it through two Teletronix LA-2A plug-ins connected in series. Good enough for McGuinn back in the day. Good enough now.

Hi all I'm interested in your preferred compressor with the Rickenbacker 330s.
Mine is the Unit67 (no affil) it's a compressor with EQ, Boost and rangemaster capabilities. It's fabtastic.
I like a bit of upper mid and top, boost and compressor on my Rics
