Where and what brand of Jazzmaster trem arm?
I've recently got a Squire Jazzmaster without a trem arm. Any recommendations for whether to get a Fender / Squire / Third Party arm and any particular places to get it?

If you have an "import" tailpiece, with an "import" collet, you want an "import" arm.

The push-in end of the arm is machined to engage with the collet. The dimensions of the notch changed to become very similar to those of the Staytrem design. The two styles are not compatible with each other.
I have a spare old style arm from my AVRI '62 Jaguar. I'm not sure whether it would fit a generic SE Asian collet.
