This, cheered me up no end!  Having grandson over (6) and giving him his new classical guitar to "play"! I'd put his guitar and case, inside my dreadnought guitar case and told him that my guitar had a baby guitar that he could adopt! He loved it. We spent some time on the basics and it was amazing to watch him go from "playing", to developing strategies, to get clean notes and form a rhythm. He then asked about the sounds it made, so we watched some Willy Nelson, followed by a video of the repairs to his guitar (Trigger) which fascinated the little chap. He has decided to call his guitar "Tigger", so we have sent off for a Tigger sticker! He lost the plectrum inside the body of the guitar, so great fun was had with him jumping up and down with guitar held above his head! Happy Days!  Huge learning curve.

Could have been a small leg of lamb, that would have been a nice suprise. Only joking, it is absolutely wonderful for the youngsters to show an interest at such an early age.

Good times! Sounds like you had a quality day with your Grandson. One I’m sure he will remember and look back on fondly when he’s older.

That's what it's all about really isn't it?  Great stuff.
